Pricing

Our regular cleans are flat-rate, based on the size of your home:
Studio or 1 bedroom $140
2 bedroom $200
3 bedroom $250 and 4 bedroom from $330.
Larger homes are quoted on scope. You'll know the price before we start, with no hidden fees.
A reset clean is a more thorough first clean for new clients or for homes that haven't been cleaned regularly. It gets built-up grime on track so your regular visits stay quick and affordable. Reset cleans start at $200 for a studio or 1 bedroom and $260 for a 2 bedroom.
A flat rate means you know exactly what you'll pay before we arrive. It's based on bedrooms and bathrooms for a well-maintained home, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
PAYID, Bank Transfer and Cash are accepted and payment is due upon arrival.

Dusting of reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping of floors, full cleaning and sanitising of bathrooms, and wiping down kitchen benches, splashbacks, sink and appliance exteriors.
Yes. Our move-in and move-out clean covers cupboards, surfaces and every room to inspection standard, with optional ovens, windows and walls. Carpet cleaning can be arranged and is charged based on condition and area of carpet coverage.
Yes. We clean small offices and retail spaces across Melbourne, usually after hours or on weekends so there's no disruption to your team. Commercial cleans are priced by quote.
Yes, that's our specialty. We offer evening and weekend cleans for busy households and businesses that can't have cleaners around during the working day.
Yes. We provide home cleaning for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, invoiced in line with the NDIS price guide.

Most of our clients choose fortnightly. It keeps the home consistently clean at a sensible cost. Weekly suits busy families and pet owners, and monthly works as a regular reset.
No. You set the time and give us access, and we'll clean and secure your property before we leave. Many of our clients are at work or out while we clean.
Use the booking form on our website. Tell us your suburb, home size and preferred time, and we'll confirm your booking and price.
All bookings have a 24 hour cancellation notice period, otherwise a cancellation fee of 20% of quoted price will be charged.

Yes. We bring quality and industry standard cleaning products and equipment to every clean.
All cleaners are police-checked and insured in the event of any accidental damage during cleans. Customer satisfaction and security is our utmost priority.
Let our cleaners know before they leave and they will make sure the clean is up to par. Otherwise. let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas you're not happy with, free of charge.
Yes. We're happy to clean homes with cats and dogs. Just let us know about your pets when booking, and tell us if any need to be kept in a separate room. Additional charges may apply depending on severity of pet hair and condition of apartment.
However, our cleaner’s health and safety is important and we will turn down customers who’s apartment/location are hazardous to our cleaner’s health’s.
